Water-based Adhesive

       Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless, with strong initial adhesion, good heat resistance, and high solid content. It is commonly used for export or high-end materials. Widely used in shoe manufacturing, it exhibits strong adhesion to PVC, PU, rubber, TPR, EVA, etc., and can also be applied in furniture manufacturing, automotive interiors, mattresses, swivel chairs, and more.

         Special note: Because the solvent of water-based PU adhesive is water, drying is relatively slow. Baking is required to accelerate drying, ensuring a baking temperature of 60-65°C, and stirring equipment must be added. Stir for more than 5 minutes at 500 rpm.

Usage method: Add 5% water-based hardener and stir for about ten minutes. Apply a primer to the shoe upper and sole, bake the shoe upper and sole, then apply water-based PU - bake - press - mold.
